Mechanics is a perfect example of a small business that has great success with its
customers and services provided, though there is always room for improvement
but take the customer complaints and keeping it to a minimal.
We have learned
from this project that quality and customer satisfaction is very important for
any business. Even if the company’s priority is the timeliness, the quality
needs to be ensured from the beginning of the process to the end of the
process. The company is less likely to incur any additional costs and reduces
the overall costs, if TQM is followed.
